I lived in Houston from 1990 to 2012. Im back here in North Carolina after my divorce. Thank you for making me laugh when I felt down. Thanks you for being a steadfast man who loves your GOD and your family. Your hard times growing up remind me of a lot of my childhood. In spite of it all, I'm here. I never thought I'd live this long. The abuse and sadness was unbearable. If my GOD say the same Dec 7, 2020 I will be 52. My life was full of sadness and abuse by older siblings. My mother's neglect. Afraid to tell daddy. Mama ruled over him. Too much to say and too painful to talk about. Neglect on every side. Other adults physically and verbally abused me too. Did it because they didn't like my mama. So why treat me bad if you don't like her? Others knowing but decided to stay out of it. I made it. Have 4 adult kids. 3 girls 1 boy. All successful. Had a miserable 19 years with my ex til I left him. Then the abuse really started. Hearing your story lifted me. You are still able to laugh and make others laugh in spite of. I feel you!! I lived it so I understand. I refuse to cry and feel sorry for myself. Just be better. Please don't stop what you do. You are a blessing.
